Blocking traffic and forcing to people to drive on a sidewalk to get around. Called them and was told they would move. They refused to move and company will not take additional calls.
How do they do a decent job when they are high? Currently watching one of your employees in the parking lot, smoking pot on the back of the trailer. Saw it and smelled it. Will never use this company. How is this legal?? They are sitting in the Rockbridge marketplace.
They do great work! Very efficient! Perfect for all your commercial needs.
Columbia Landcare trespassed twice on our property that sits adjacent to our subdivision’s common area. We were understanding of this issue happening the first time. They were confused and had poor communication from their leadership. I get it (more than you’ll ever know). Their mower came into our yard during our family dinner (it was taco night). I ran out there in my socked-feet and flailed my arms until they stopped. He hopped off the mower and we chatted to clarify property lines. He apologized, left only a little damage, and I went inside and finished my taco. However, two days later THEY WERE BACK! This time they mowed half of our backyard. The beautiful part that was filled with 3’ tall luscious green foliage and wildflowers where our neighborhood rabbits and squirrels frolic and hummingbirds hum. Completely cut down. Looks like a freshly shaven head now bald and pale. Lifeless and void of humanity. The rabbits are sad. The squirrels will be fine. We call the company and they come out. Albeit they apologize and say they’ll return to “clean it up.” Welp, it’s the next day and we’re sitting outside on the back porch mourning the loss of natural habitats and prairie land and they didn’t clean it up and also declined to compensate us or offer any reparations. Let me be clear: this was not the fault of the worker on the mower, but the fault of company leadership. #blessed
Last week I was having a fence installed and the fence contractor said he would take care of marking out all sprinkler lines. A different crew showed up from the fence company and did not know where the sprinkler lines were placed. Columbia Landcare does our winterization so I gave them a shout to see if they could have someone out soon. They were at our house marking the lines within 20 minutes. Stephen Gallup who came to do the service was nice and worked fast. They guy I spoke with on the phone was great too. Customer service is becoming a lost art, but Columbia Landcare always gone above and beyond of us. Thanks. Kirk
