I'm honestly not sure how this company has a 5-star rating. I hired them to fix a leak in my irrigation system, which I had already shut off myself to stop the water. They showed up earlier than our agreed appointment time, so I wasn't home and never got to meet them — and they never called or texted to say they were coming early. Instead of fixing the leak, they turned my irrigation system back on (the very thing I had deliberately shut off) and left it running, so it leaked for an unknown amount of time. The leak was never repaired. I would not recommend them based on this experience.Update: I appreciate the owner's response. I called the second day. Greg came and fixed the issue immediately. Very easy to communicate and kind people. Would use their service again.

This company started out great, but then quickly tanked. I left a message to ask about comprehensive lawn care. They responded almost immediately and scheduled a walk through of our yard within a day or two.The representative, Matt, sounded very knowledgeable and captured all of my requests and concerns. And then, crickets…I contacted them multiple times, but nobody from the company would ever call back. Not exactly the best way to promote customer service or to grow business!
Initially they were Johnny on the spot with good prices and great work. However we set up a contract for weeding on a monthly basis. They would only show up when called and they did not address the weeds as promised. Their staff were friendly and easy to deal with. We finally got need out contract with them when they double billed us for a month that they never showed up to weed. The landscaping that they did was great and we wished we could have continued using their services
