Quick work at a very fair price. Before any work was done Scott the technician came out and we walked around the house discussed any changes. He returned with all the necessary parts. We are very pleased.
Had a 17,000 pound tree on house during Helene so we've seen many companies here doing repairs, etc. We've had Busy Bee many times and they do work correctly the first time. Never had to call them back. A shout out to this local company. Today David reviewed our sprinkler heads for improper location and water direction. He replaced/added 4. I signed on for service for a monthly fee, and have been continuously impressed with their dedication and expertise. I have a large lot that floods regularly in the back - not a problem for Busy Bee! Highly recommend them!
Eric came out to check a couple of questions on our sprinklers and addressed everything. He arrived when he said he would, listened to my questions, and made recommendations. The fixes I needed were made quickly, and he showed me the results. Great job.
