Disappointed hired them on the recommendation of my neighbor but I feel they needed to keep their sister busy so they put her on my project and lot of money and mess later the results were so disappointing my yard looks very sad. They employees doing the work were the redeeming factor. Patio looks great but the landscape I hired them to do is awful. All but a few plants died she kept saying she’d come replace but I think her priorities took her else where and I’ve never heard back again. Hired them for a landscape design ended up with an expensive mishmash of a mess in my planters. Thought when you hired someone for a design that is what you would get but she obviously was not a professional and really disappointed in what I have received. Had to constantly push her to fix what she had laid out and feel like she heard nothing I asked for. 3 Stars are only for the 2 guys who did the work otherwise no stars
We hired Roth Landscape to completely overhaul and redo our home's landscaping. Please see the pictures for how impressive the details are. But they were extremely helpful, communicative and took all our crazy requests into account. They were open to all our suggestions and helped to bring our ideas in line with our designated budget as well. During the process, we identified a LOT of natural water and they helped install an extensive drainage system to handle all fo the unexpected water. The rock work and final details are the best I have ever seen. Defiitely hire these guys!
Roth Landscaping installed a driveway and landscaping for me within 8 months the driveway started to pit and flake I never used chemicals or salt to melt the snow and now after 4 years I need to replace the driveway because of the damage. When I brought this up to Roth I was told "ya the winter did a number on my driveway also" it was a mild winter and a new driveway.Of the 7 trees I bought and had planted by them 3 died even with alot of care given to them and two are not even the types I ordered.
They've done an excellent job on plowing the parking lot for my business this last winter. The quality and timeliness of the work they do is much better than the last company I used. When I did have a question about billing they were very open and easy to talk with and happy to make adjustments. Overall, they've been great!
When I pay over $20K for a landscaping project, I expect a certain level of service.There are hundreds of landscaping companies out there, and they all do the same thing--the question is, what is their service like?I can answer that question for you. I've never experienced a more disorganized company--no one seems to be in charge and no one wants to take responsibility for any of the shoddy work they perform. It takes several phone calls to get someone to call you back--they plain don't return calls. Once you give them your deposit, it's basically a full-time job trying to get them to keep their promises. I probably called them around 50 times over the course of their project--apparently their time was more valuable than mine.Their landscaping work is average to below average. I was dealing with dead grass that they installed, dead plants that they unfathomably planted, miscommunication with the mulch company so that they walked all over the newly planted sod literally minutes after it was installed (they were supposed to come earlier in the day, but didn't, and know one seemed to know what was going on). Additionally, the promised "several inches" of mulch was actually about a half inch so that there are now many bare spots, only a few months later, that need to be covered.I would never recommend these folks to anybody I know--the lack of respect for their clients is frankly appalling. Stay away!
