This is such a nice place! You don’t realize how big it is from the street. I came in with a rough idea of what I was interested in, and their staff walked me all around their massive nursery full of really beautiful trees and walked me through the decisions points. They’re knowledgeable and incredibly reasonably priced. They deliver and plant trees as long as you aren’t too far away. I’d highly recommend them.
This is the most beautiful garden center that I have ever seen and the staff is so friendly and helpful. They have koi, every flower imaginable and even tadpoles and the whole place is like a beautiful oasis. I live in Clayton but this is my new store for my garden. I should have taken pictures. Go visit all plant ladies!
This was a fun place to visit. Huge assortment of plants including aquatic plants, beautifully arranged. Everything was well cared for and healthy. Attentive and friendly staff.
Trustworthy, high quality work and follow-up. We used Kiefer Landscaping (with Matt leading) for our custom home build in North Durham. We wanted to rely heavily on natives and naturalistic landscaping. We've loved going to their nursery for years, admiring its design and selection, so we were excited to include Kiefer in our bid process for all our landscaping at our wooded home. Our project is not a "straight forward" project by any means. Additionally, we built during Covid. Matt and the team at Kiefer did a bunch of design work up front that helped us immensely in visualizing the space and they executed at a high level of quality. They went above and beyond in their work on grading and fixing up some areas of the land that had been left badly from initial clearing/grading and came back several times to ensure the work held up -- especially in our garden area. They are honest and live up to their word about fixing issues. Matt has been available whenever we aren't sure if a plant is dying and in helping us figure out how to care for new sod.Construction and landscaping is a people business. Its messy and tough to predict. You need partners who are professional, responsive, and stand by their work even after they are paid. Kiefer is all that and more. You should definitely work with them.
Absolutely beautiful nursery and wonderful staff! They offer just about anything and everything and have most planted around their area to show what it looks like growing naturally. Can’t wait to go back!
