Cascadian Landscape Inc

Bob and team helped fix and overhaul our aging landscaping! The whole team was super knowledgeable and flexible, working around our schedule and helping us to narrow in on designs and solutions. Recommend Canadian for anyone that wants quality work done right. Services: Installed a permanent stucco raised bed that matched our house, leveled over 1000 sq ft of rocky terrain, poured new concrete for our outdoor kitchen, installed outdoor power, built a large play structure, and installed sod and sprinkler system. Other Considerations: Bob also has his own local nursery with a great selection of plants that were grown locally so you know they’ll thrive. The team left any work area better than when they started (cleaning work areas, repairing drip lines, replanting, etc.). Bob also personally followed up with us after each job to make sure we were happy and was willing to go the extra mile to fix any problems.

Bob and his crew are absolutely amazing. A special shoutout to Alex for his hard work, flexibility, and great communication throughout the entire project. It was such a smooth and pleasant experience working with them to transform my backyard. They truly went above and beyond to make it beautiful. What stood out the most was their excellent communication and after-service care. Bob was always responsive, willing to listen to my concerns, and made sure everything was tailored perfectly to my needs. Even after the project was completed, a few plants didn’t survive the hot El Dorado Hills weather (despite proper watering). Bob quickly replaced them (including Italian Cypress) as part of their aftercare service, which really shows their commitment to customer satisfaction. If you value great communication, reliability, and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Cascadian Landscape!

Cascadian Landscaping, led by Bob Delong, transformed my backyard into an incredible outdoor living space. They built a large patio covering that perfectly matched my home’s materials, added stunning rock facades on multiple surfaces, and created a raised firepit that seats eight. The concrete work, BBQ island, heaters, and fans were all done with top-notch quality. Bob also installed the specific plants and trees I requested, along with beautiful lighting throughout the backyard that brings everything to life at night. He handled all the permits and county details seamlessly, making the process stress-free. Truly outstanding craftsmanship—I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

I cannot recommend Bob DeLong and the team at Cascadian Landscape enough – they turned our ordinary backyard into an absolute oasis that feels like a high-end resort! From the initial consultation to the final reveal, Bob's expertise and passion for creating stunning outdoor spaces shone through every step of the way.We hired Cascadian for a complete overhaul: building a sturdy, beautifully designed retaining wall to level our sloped yard, revamping the entire landscape with lush, low-maintenance plantings that perfectly complement our home's style, and installing a breathtaking water feature that serves as the centerpiece – a serene cascading fountain that adds that magical touch of tranquility with its gentle sounds and elegant lighting. Bob listened intently to our vision, incorporating eco-friendly materials and smart design elements that not only enhanced the aesthetics but also improved functionality and sustainability. The retaining wall is rock-solid (pun intended!), blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings, while the water feature has become our family's favorite spot for unwinding after a long day. What sets Bob apart is his unwavering commitment to quality and detail. With over 30 years in the industry, he anticipated every potential challenge, stayed on budget without cutting corners, and completed the project ahead of schedule. His team was professional, respectful, and incredibly skilled – no mess left behind, and they even offered tips on maintenance to keep everything looking pristine year-round.If you're dreaming of elevating your outdoor living space, do yourself a favor and call Bob DeLong at Cascadian Landscape. After extensive research, my wife and I hired Cascadian landscaping for our backyard landscaping project. We moved into a home specifically for the views so the landscape design and construction was extremely important to us. Bob and his team did am amazing job and the final result exceeded our expectations. The quality of work is amazing! The skill sets of his team are extensive. We were able to work with Bob in a very fair manner regarding scope management and any change orders we requested and approved. Everyone who has seen the backyard comments on the quality! Our project included an extensive covered BBQ and kitchen area, sunken hot tub, vegetable planters, a large sitting area with fire table, and a covered extension to our California family room. All with beautiful plantings, lights and turf. We are very happy with our decision to engage with Cascadian Landscaping!

Cascadian Landscape is currently in the process of finishing our landscaping for our new home in El Dorado Hills. Their crew is very talented and we are happy for the work that was completed thus far. Bob has been very helpful and works with us (we are picky)! The crew was respectful and cleaned up after themselves every day. Yes the project took longer than anticipated, but this is expected in this environment. Reading the same negative review on Google and Yelp, I suspect its one of Bob's competitors, as the review is the same but with different names. Hopefully people will see the truth in all the other positive reviews. Their crew has been excellent with street cleanliness, respect of neighbors, etc. Anyway, we are an actual customer and not some competitor that wasn't awarded the project. So if you want a quality landscape contractor, we highly recommend Cascadian Landscape.

Cascadian It was a pleasure working with Bob DeLong, the Owner of Cascadian Landscaping, his designer Ken and Alex and his team. We told him and Ken what our vision was for our new front and backyard. They came back with detailed plans that included the design, specific plants and trees and irrigation systems. Alex and his Team did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were meticulous, professional, friendly and easy to work with. They went above and beyond to make our dream a reality. We highly recommend Cascadian Landscaping. You won’t be disappointed.

Exactly what we have been looking for!!!!! Cascadian Landscape exceeded our expectations. From the landscape design to the most detailed high quality landscape work I have ever seen. The crew is extremely professional and takes time to make sure the work is done properly and for me that was important to avoid problems down the road. The materials are top quality and the finish work is beautiful. I highly recommend Bob and his crew you will not regret it. I have seen several of their jobs and talk to multiple people that all agree ?? thank you ?? Cascadian Landscape for making our backyard like a resort!! ??

We recently moved into a new home and hired Cascadian Landscape to remove some Sago palm trees in our yard. We have a dog and, although the trees were lovely, they are toxic to dogs. Bob came over and made suggestions for what we could do in place of the palm trees. In the end, they placed artificial turf, several trees, some small shrubs and rattlesnake fencing in our yard. The crew was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Even though we were a relatively small project, Cascadian Landscape got everything done promptly and never made us feel that our project wasn’t important. Their pricing was fair and we are thrilled with the results. We will use Cascadian Landscape again when we are ready for our next yard renovation. Our yard looks lovely. We highly recommend Cascadian Landscape.
