After moving into our new home, we quickly discovered a major drainage issue in the backyard. It was constantly muddy, and large areas of standing water would linger for over a week after every rain, especially in the back and along the side of the house. With a toddler and a dog, having a usable backyard was a top priority.

We had three different drainage specialists come out to assess the situation. Titan's proposal stood out — not only was their plan the most logical, but they were clearly committed to taking care of us, and their pricing was extremely competitive.

As soon as the weather allowed, their team got to work. The job was complex and labor-intensive due to the multiple drainage problems, but they never cut corners or complained. They stayed on it until everything was completed.

One moment that really stood out: mid-project, the crew had to pause due to rain and needed to wait for the ground to dry before laying sod. I reached out to ask about timing, as I was trying to decide whether to plan my son’s birthday party inside or outside. Without being asked, Roy sent his crew out the day before the party. The ground was still too wet for sod, but he personally installed a temporary fence to block off the muddy area so we could safely use the finished part of the yard. It was a thoughtful gesture that meant so much to us.

After the job was finished, Roy followed up — inspecting everything after the first rain to ensure the system was working, and even stopping by again before a major storm to double-check everything was ready. That storm brought three straight days of heavy rain and caused road flooding across the area. Thanks to Titan, our yard drained beautifully. Within 12 hours of the rain stopping, there was no standing water. That would have been unimaginable before.

I had the most excellent service from this place! Kalani Mendoza explained step by step insertion on clean up and prep work for resurfacing damage and drainage for my lawn that that previously was destroyed by plumbers. The backyard water slope needed to be resurfaced to keep the water away from the house, He communicated with the insurance company and even negotiated by contract allowing me to get more bang for my buck! Then he text me the details on how to take care of the new sod! Y’all need to use this company! 5 stars all the way!
