Alpine Gardens helped us with developing a landscaping plan to update our yard. Brandon and Chesney were great to work with and listened to our wants/needs and adjusted accordingly. The results are amazing and we couldn't be happier with the final product! The whole process from design conception to finish was easy. We would highly recommend Alpine Gardens!
Brandon & Chesney @ Alpine Gardens were easy to work with to develop a landscaping plan for the backside of my house. They worked within my budget, came up with a plan that fit in with my surroundings, which their installers, Angel, Dan, Edwin & Alaina, made come to life. I’m very pleased, and would use their services again!
I contacted Alpine Gardens this Spring to do a complete re-landscaping of my backyard including removal of a paver patio and replacement with a stamped concrete patio of the same size.Evan Moore was the overall project manager including the design. He did a great job. I look forward to working with him again next summer to redo my front yard landscaping. I have received many compliments from neighbors on how the landscape turned out.I want to especially thank Angel, Dan, and Edwin who removed my old landscaping and installed my new landscaping. They took great care in removing my old plantings and in the installation of the new plants, mulch, drip system, and edging. At the end of the workday everything was cleaned up and left in a very neat state.I also had a chance to walk around the site with Lauren Wilson who is the Warranty Manager after things were completed. She will check back with me on plant health next year.I can’t say enough about the great treatment I received and how my landscape turned out.Thank you, Alpine Gardens!
The first thing of note was the communication, prior, during and after the project. Brandon and his team worked with us on the plan, listened to our thoughts and incorporated them into the design. They provided visualization prior to starting and made the changes we recommended. The work crew was also excellent and very communicative on what they were doing and when. It was a whole team effort. They had to redo sprinklers and update the drip system for the new items, yet preserve and even improve the existing plant coverage. I was also surprised at the care taken in moving large rocks, digging a huge hole and moving lots of dirt. Part of the fence was replaced, rocks put back and existing plant life trimmed or replanted appropriately. I'm a bit late in writing the review, but I'm glad I waited so I could let you know about the follow-up care. At the beginning of Spring they came back, replaced plants, checked stream functionality and fixed a broken sprinkler valve. I've posted some pics. Day and night stream photos. A short clip to hear the stream... and of course, grandson playing in the fountain. Enjoy!
From the first contact to the finished project, Alpine Gardens was a pleasure to work with. Evan was our design manager. He came to the house to look at the yard and discuss what we wanted to do. He really listened to what we said and designed a beautiful landscape for our front yard. We provided a general overview of our ideas and he did all the hard work designing the layout and selecting the plants. He answered a couple of questions we had about specific plants and I think we only made one or two modifications to his plan. He made it all very easy.Angel was our foreman for the installation. From start to end, he was profession, efficient, friendly, and accommodating. He and his crew, Dan and Josh, kept us posted on what they were doing and always told us to let them know if we had any questions or concerns. They did an excellent job on the installation. They were always ready to go early in the morning and thoroughly cleaned the job site every night. Our neighbor, who recently had her own yard landscaped, commented on how professional the crew was and that she was particularly impressed with the care they took when setting the plants.Evan visited the site every day and Greg, the superintendent, came by a few times to follow the progress. We felt valued and well looked after throughout the process. We are looking forward to enjoying our new landscaping as it grows and matures and having Alpine Gardens help us maintain everything in the future. We would highly recommend considering them for anyone wanting to do some professional landscaping.
