After an accidental cage tear during routine landscaping maintenance, I submitted a portal request to have it fixed. Juanito was at my house less than 12 hours later, inspected the damage, and promised to have it repaired as timely as he possibly could. He returned promptly after the Thanksgiving holiday weekend and had my screen repaired to like new condition as promised. In addition to Juanito’s professionalism and workmanship, he was polite, courteous, and genuinely apologetic for our inconvenience. He was extremely responsive and his communication was excellent. Juanito Gaspar is professional and followed up with me on the project.We had the cover of the irrigation system get damaged and reached out to SunnyGrove. He contacted me to let me know the cover was ordered and it would be in, in about a week. When the job was done he took a picture of it and sent it to me. We live in Verdana Village and wanted to freshen up our landscaping by adding a variety of lush and colorful plants. Juanito, Sunny Grove manager, came out and he listened to what we wanted and we collectively came up with a plan that fit our budget. He is extremely knowledgable about what plants/trees will/will not thrive in certain areas. It was a pleasure working with Juanito as he is communicative, professional, and understanding. Even though we had to get approval with HOA, the actual install was done within 1 day. We are very pleased and would absolutely use his services again.
