After seeing how well The Greenery was doing with their commercial business in our neighborhood, I decided to hire them for my residential services. I agreed to pay a premium vs my previous local contractor and invested substantial additional funding to make improvements throughout our property. To say the least, it’s been a big mistake! The weekly service technicians are fine, but other than that, I’d struggle to find too many positives. I’ve had numerous people stop by to inspect how things are going, but there’s nobody who takes overall ownership of managing projects or progress. I’ve been routinely misquoted and over billed, as well as have had projects done either incomplete or not as agreed in advance. I guess their expertise is with larger commercial endeavors, but I wouldn’t recommend them to any homeowners for residential services. It’s a bummer when you have service providers not keep their word and/or follow up, but I learned a lesson the hard way!
