The customer service here is outstanding — the store staff were friendly, helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed. The yard crew was just as great, quick to load my order and incredibly professional.
Awful experience with this place, will not be using them again. 1st the delivery driver didn't have the whole order, then smashed in our clients garage door.. on top of that when it was time to use the supplies we realized that they brought the wrong materials, then made us wait 3 days to get the right materials. Our job was late getting done because of the delivery issues & wrong materials. Being a new business & trying get jobs done on time is very important to our company. The service we got was very unprofessional & a complete disappointment.
KLS is the absolute best. When I stared my landscape company in 2017 they were the first ones to take a chance on me and open a credit account with. We have a long term relationship and they continue to provide GREAT customer service! Even today one of their drives delivered 12 yards a stone for me to my jobsite. It was a tricky spot to dump with power line and trees in the way but he made it happen! Thanks so much KLS team you all are amazing!
Very easy ordering on the phone. They had put me down as a first drop and were here at 8:15am. Lyle the driver was excellent and placed the load perfectly. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is I’m having a hard time seen this as 20 yards of mulch. 3’ x 3’ x 3’ - times 20??
These guys are amazing! Not only is their customer service awesome, with everyone from the sales associate to the delivery driver being so kind and helpful. But! Their product is amazing too! I bought 3 yds of their veggie garden blend soil for my raised garden beds and my plants are so lush and healthy. 10/10 And! Their soil is much more affordable than what you'd get in wasteful plastic bags at a big box store.
