NLM has a good group of field personnel. Had them come for the second year to blow leaves from the yard and cut back the bushes. Unfortunately one of their machines destroyed one of my sprinkler heads so I had to take time out of my day to run to the store and then make the repairs. I was surprised that there was no apology or acknowledgement for something that (in my judgment) would have been noticed.Dollars and time I hadn't accounted for. All I can say is thank goodness the ground was still soft and the sprinklers were turned off.FOLLOW UP:The mgmt team at Naylor took time out of their day to call and express their profound apologies. They offered many ways to make restitution and make the situation right. Now that's what I call Good Customer Relations. We came to a resolution and Naylor is back to a 5/5 review. Afterall, accidents do happen - it's how it's handled that makes the difference. These guys did it the right way.
I could not be happier with the landscaping Naylor did for us. Leila really listened, understood what I was looking for, and modified the existing plan to make it something I was excited about! The install crew, Jeff & Josh, were amazing! They managed to build two sets of beautiful stone steps on an extremely challenging site. They were courteous, helpful, and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. I felt they were as invested in the end result as I was. Thank you so much!
The front office handled my call professionally and got me scheduled quickly (within one day) for a sprinkler blowout. They explained the pricing and payment methods clearly and were very friendly. The technician, Greg, was very experienced and thorough. He also handled our neighborhood sprinkler blowout and offered me advice on our new sprinkler module and explained the blowout process in detail. Greatly appreciate the professionalism all around.
We have worked with Naylor on a large landscaping project that included decking, stone work, pergola placement, it was a great project and years later we are still thrilled with it! We had a few issues with plantings failing and there was absolutely no issue having them replaced based on the warranty! We have used them for planting a challenging hill in front of our home that they attended to just recently.Jeff, who has worked on our projects is a very hard worker and so strong! Armando was new to us, but he was a very hard worker as well. We appreciated their hard work getting our job done in one day and giving us good information to keep it looking great.We won’t hesitate to use Naylor again and recommend them to friends and neighbors all the time!
I have used Naylor services now for 6 years. They have done a great job with landscape design and installation. In addition their lawn service has kept the yard looking fantastic.
