Reviews
What customers say
Customer feedback is mixed: positive accounts describe satisfaction with completed work, while other accounts raise billing and lawn-work concerns. One customer said staff were rude and ended a call about a bill, then reported that a callback changed the earlier offer to investigate; another described cut grass left in furrows. A customer appreciated that the snow crew was already working before a call was needed to ask when someone would arrive; another said the team removed weeds and installed landscape fabric and gravel at two properties.

I have used Look Out Landscaping for fall and spring yard cleanup and have always been happy with the work .
This year I decided to hire them for snow removal services. Yesterday and today was our first major dump of snow. I could not believe it when I looked outside this morning at 5:00 a.m. and saw Lookouts crew of four efficient hard working people tackling a dump of snow that would have taken me all day to clear.
I am very grateful that I did not have to call and ask when they would send someone....they were on it before my a.m. coffee was finished brewing.
This made my day in more ways than one. My driveway and sidewalks are clear and ready for the contractor I have coming today!!
Great job. More than pleased.

This is the WORST company, highly recommend NOT using them. I had the worker here for under an hour with cameras proving this. The employee said he would charge 1 hour for being here and shook my hand. When I got my bill, they charged me for an hour and a half visit. When I called them about it, they were extremely rude and hung up on me! When I called back to speak to the owner the woman I spoke with was very hostile. When I mentioned the cameras though, her tune changed. She said she'd look into it, called me back shortly and changed her mind. I mentioned that I'm sure I'm not the first person this has happened to. Sure wish I would have looked at their Google reviews before booking them. This company is labour gouging and NOT honest. Call anywhere else for your landscaping needs.

Lookout was very responsive to my preferences and provided excellent customer service. They removed all of the weeds and installed landscape fabric and gravel on two properties for me. I am very happy with the results!
