Nightmare!
This company are committing robbery. They run/own Sprinkler Guy kamloops (local sprinkler company). Their communication with their techs and customers is horrific. Total time spent on the job was about 3 hours. Two thousand dollar bill without warning (quote). Charged me for fittings that were not needed and then took them back. Charged for each visit (8 visits-most to look at the line for about 5 minutes but each visit around $100) when it could have been done in one visit. Took over one month to fix a small crack on sprinkler main line. Do not recommend! Stay away for your own good, you have been warned.

Sirocco Landscaping did a huge makeover of our back yard last year. We love it! They quoted the job first and were by far the best price! The whole SIricco team are experianced, professional and reliable. They listened to what we wanted and presented some great ideas to improve our vision! They are creative problem solvers that do what they say they’ll do! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them. We have a new project for them this year!

As anyone who has built a house knows, there are a lot of very important decisions to be made. Design, colours, products, contractors, the list goes on and on. One of the best decisions we made was to use Sirocco Landscapes to design and build our landscaping. It included xeriscaping, retaining walls, paving stones, irrigation, a pergola, front and rear decking, fencing, lighting and a fire bowl feature. Although our property isn't a huge one, the project presented a number of challenges because of the house design and natural grades. Spencer was able to identify the potential issues and offer suggestions on how to deal with them before providing a quote. In any big project things don't go exactly as planned. When this happened, Spencer and his team ensured we were kept up to date with any issues and changes that needed to be made. Spencer's detailed design and quote meant we were ensured we weren't going to have any surprises at the end of the project. In the end, we are very happy with how it all turned out. We are often receiving compliments from friends, family and complete strangers on how nice the landscaping is. We've had a couple small issues over a year after the installation which have been rectified very quickly and to our satisfaction. Sirocco Landscapes has left us very confident that they will be there to take care of us in all our landscaping needs going forward. I would highly recommend Spencer, Stephanie and their team to anyone needing their services.

We have dealt with Sirocco for over 5 years. They did a huge project for us in creating a backyard and re-did our front yard. We have continued to use them for maintenance and lawn care and are more than happy with the service we get. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any landscaping projects or weekly maintenance.

I have been meaning to write this review since last summer but life gets busy, better late then never. Sirocco Landscapes revamped our completely outdated front yard downtown last year and I can only say fantastic things about the project manager, designer and crew. The whole experience left me feeling like my ideas were taken into consideration yet it was the companies experience and expertise that took our initial vision to a whole new level! I have had two strangers knock on my door to inquire who it was that re-landscaped our yard. From the prompt replies to my emails and phone calls to the way the crew handled themselves on site and everything in between, Sirocco was professional all the way. Great value in a world that doesn't seem to place much value on value. I have recommended them numerous times since and will continue to do so.
