Our landlord hired this company so I don't have direct contact but they service our home. At first the service wasn't terrible, coming every 2 weeks when it was dry. Come summer and rainy season the grass started growing like crazy. At this point they are coming every 3 weeks which is way too long between cuts in the summer. Recieved an HOA complaint which was not shocking considering the grass was over a foot tall by this point. We requested that they come every week, they said they could come every 10 days. Well...since that conversation, they still did not come for 3 weeks. Not very good service in my personal opinion.Editing to add since it won't let me reply: landlord said she spoke to you on July 18 and stated she would pay for every 10 days (still not soon enough). After that conversation it took another 3 weeks for your company to come back again. I have a screenshot where you stated you mowed on Aug 2 which I know for fact is not true because I work from home and my window is always open and faces the road so I know when it's done. There have been 3 separate occasions where is taken 3 weeks in between. Maybe you are confusing our home with another in the neighborhood. I'm hoping that's the reason at this point. Just please make it right
