The crew from W16 was fantastic to work with. They were professional, courteous, and respectful from start to finish, and they did an excellent job removing our tree. They worked safely and efficiently, and when they were done, they left the area spotless. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this tree-cutting company to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service.

I was thoroughly impressed with Wright Tree Service. From start to finish, communication was incredibly easy and the team was highly responsive. They were the first to provide a quote, and the price was very reasonable. The crew W4 arrived right on time, skillfully removed a massive maple tree, and trimmed few large branches hanging over our roof—all in just half an hour! They were professional, efficient, and left the entire yard completely spotless. Highly recommend this local Ottawa business to my neighbours and friends. Thanks a lot Robert Wright and crew W4.

Today, we just used Wright Tree Service for the second time. We were very impressed with their work the first time, so we figured we should try them again. They not only did our tree removal and trimming with their expert skill and care, they were very communicative and respective with us confirming what they planned to do. Their work was excellent and their job completion included a total cleanup of the property and ensuring that we were completely satisfied before they left. We are totally pleased with their excellent work and highly recommend them.

An update to my previous review. We got some cedars put in late last fall. The service was fantastic and I left a great review. Unfortunately a lot of the little cedars didn't survive the winter and we're looking pretty terrible. When spring came around when I contacted Wright and they were great. They came by, took a look. Totally agreed. Replaced all the trees within a week with no charges. No concerns. Still very happy with the company. Still continue to recommend to my friends. Great work thanks guys

The crew (Tristan, Francis, Ryan, and Dani) did an amazing job removing our absolutely massive 195cm (DBH), almost 100-year-old, silver maple. The work was really interesting to watch, as they expertly used a crane to dismantle the tree. They were done in a single day and left the site clean. Very friendly, professional, and reasonably priced! Highly recommended!

Excellent service! We would highly recomend this company. We recently used Wright Tree Service to have a large tree removed from an awkward spot in our back yard.
The crew we had were very professional and very friendly. After the tree was down they cleaned up everything thoroughly.
A special shout out and thank you to Tristan, Francis and Robert, who did an amazing job and provided a great customer experience. 10 /10 service!!

Frequently Asked Questions
What tree services do you provide?
They handle tree removal, pruning and thinning, hazardous limb and branch work over roofs, stump grinding, and hedge planting and trimming. Storm debris cleanup and wood or brush hauling can also be arranged.
Do you help with permits for tree removal in Ottawa?
They can advise on when permits are required and help coordinate the process. Requirements depend on tree size, species, and location, so an on-site assessment is recommended.
How are quotes prepared?
A site visit is typically scheduled to assess access, equipment needs, and safety considerations. You’ll receive a written estimate outlining the scope, any permitting needs, and cleanup or haul-away details.
Will my property be cleaned after the work?
Cleanup is included, with debris chipped or hauled away and work areas raked. If you prefer to keep wood or chips, that can usually be arranged during the quote.
Can you remove large or hard-to-access trees?
Yes, they handle large and complex removals, including crane or sectional dismantling where needed. The crew plans access carefully to protect structures and landscaping.
