I am not a customer of this company, but my neighbor is. The work product looks good, but I want to express how impressed I am with their honesty and ethics. While working on my neighbor's property, one of their workers accidentally backed into my mailbox and I had to replace it. I didn't know who did it, but Mark (I believe it was) came over to my house and let me know he'd take care of the replacement/repair. He could have just ignored it and let it be, but I highly respect his willingness to admit a wrong and try to make it right.

They put in some drain tiling in our yard for a very expensive job. 2 years later they collapsed and broke ultimately causing flooding in our yard. They said they’d come and assess and never showed. After hiring a second landscaping company - pictures indicated the pipes were broken from simply the weight of the soil- Hoerr used the wrong type. We reached out to notify them asking to remedy, or at least an explanation on why poor materials were used on the project that failed in under 2 years. No one will return our messages.We hired a new company to fix an re do job with the correct materials and it cost us thousands
Mark Hoerr does a fantastic job. We use their landscaping service and have them replace our mulch every spring. They are professional, clean up after themselves, and we would highly recommend them.
errible service from Hoerr Landscaping.I ordered 15 tonnes of white rock from Hoerr Landscaping in Peoria. I had done the same in 2017, when the dump truck driver evenly dumped the gravel along the entire driveway. I expected the same, or at least similar. If not even spread, then at least along the entire driveway.Unfortunately, Hoerr company sent a driver with limited skills who dumped the entire load in middle of the driveway. On calling Hoerr, they told me that their service is to deliver, not spread it. So it is not their problem. The driver did not even ask us where to dump. By the time I asked my wife to reach out and stop his dumping, he had finished it and left. Now my driveway is blocked with mountains of gravel. I am searching for landscaper with skid steer rake. One estimate I got from a landscaper is $750.00
