I have been working with Cody and his crews for several years now across both residential and commercial properties and I recommend them wholeheartedly. They are reliable, thorough and professional, week in and week out. They also take on larger jobs as needed. For example, when recent storms took out our drain pipe, Cody and his crew leapt in and executed a complicated, rush repair before the next storm hit.
Cody and his team put in French drains in on a a house that I rent. When they dug up for the drains, they put all the dirt on our brand new lawn. They did not use a tarp and all the dirt suffocated the lawn and ruined it.Instead of replacing the damaged lawn he said he needed to get permission from the property manager to replace the lawn. This issue has nothing to do with the propertyManager and everything to do with a poorly executed job by his team.Ultimately the property manager approved partial replacement of the lawn but now the once beautiful lawn now looks like a poorly placed puzzle.I unfortunately cannot recommend Cody or his team for work.A professional landscaper would put a tarp down before piling dirt on a lawn. And a professional would take responsibility for his mistakes and correct the issue.
Cody and crew did an amazing job cleaning up our office’s outdoor space! Everything looks perfect, and they were able to fit us in on short notice. We’ve already booked them for recurring monthly service. Highly recommend!
