The guys did a great job, however, I was not notified they were coming. I work from home and was on the phone, so imagine my frustration when they rang the doorbell twice and then knocked loudly, causing my dog to go berserk. Then I had to apologize to my caller for the disruption. This is not a good thing, and it may be detrimental to my job if that caller decides to complain. That is why I had to rate lower. If I don’t answer the door after ringing once and you hear my dog, I likely am not going to answer for a second ring or loud knocking! This is more of a management issue, especially given the fact you are fully aware that I work on the phones.
