I engaged with Great Lakes Landscape Design through a referral from a regional manager of the lighting company that we have and GLLD installs. We are a bit out of GLLD’s service area, however, they were gracious when they realized what I was requesting assistance with.

We had a few bumps along the way as you can run into when you don’t have X-ray vision to see what is underground, and with lighting it turns into a day & after dusk job. All at GLLD that I interacted with personally made a point to make sure they worked with me to come to a good end result that we, the customer, was expecting from the beginning and what they believe as a company they should deliver.

Steve & Hector were the main boots on the ground I worked with, and their years of experience and knowledge made the additions, changes, and corrections to the landscape lighting much better than it was previously. I appreciate their dedication to customer service & their depth of knowledge & experience.

Great Lakes Landscape Design is the REAL deal. I had a great experience from the very first phone call through the completion of my beautiful backyard upgrade. I had some idea of what I wanted, and the team helped me fill in the details for a result that is even better than what I had imagined. The work crew was respectful and communicated well when they needed something. They left the property tidied up at the end of each work day, including messes they didn't even make! I'll be back for a front yard upgrade next year. Thank you, Ivan and the team! You guys are awesome!
