Buckley's is closed on weekends? This was our go-to for spring decorations. We were unaware of the change in operating hours when we set out mother's day weekend. New posted hours make me unavailable to patron. Good luck. We had a good run.
Our experience with Buckley was not a great experience. We originally requested service in May and received a quote. We were originally lead to believe it would be 4-6 weeks before we would be able to get our yard seeded. We checked back at the four week mark, but were not given a clear picture of when we would be able to receive service. It eventually took more than 12 weeks for Buckley's get to our yard. There were many points in which we attempted to communicate with the company representative and we got a severely delayed response or no response at all. Customer service and communication from the company representative was one of the poorest experiences I have had. Emailsand phone calls were not returned part of the time. They would have received one star based on these aspects.The quality of the project was good. I would have given the project a four, but they had some issues. They had to borrow some equipment from me in order to complete the project in a more timely manner. Also, they were suppose to adjust the sprinklers, which they did not do. They claimed no one was home but my wife and children were home the entire time. They never rang the door bell. So it was fairly rushed in some ways.The grass is coming nicely, so we are pleased with the results, but I would have paid a slightly higher price from another company if I had to repeat my experience with Buckley's.
They come up with great ideas to solve your lawn care needs. However; work promised before Thanksgiving didn't come until February. The laborers were inconsistent and killed my grass. The fountain area does look great though. I needed better communication and for them to keep their word on timing.
Wonderful people, wonderful product. They installed 5 large trees, leveled and seeded our yard, and laid out a plan for us to finish the rest of the landscape. It all worked great, they had the product in stock, and they are very helpful. It's now 5 years later and it still looks great. We buy small plants from them every spring.
