From beginning to end the staff at Knob Hill was exceptional. The landscape around our home was in need of a refresh. Michael came to our home and listened intently as we described what we had in mind. The crew that showed up to do the work was top notch. They worked very hard in some oppressive heat to make progress each day and checked in often to make sure we were pleased as the job advanced. The Knob Hill staff was courteous and very professional in their approach to our landscaping project. They removed our old retaining wall and replaced it with a beautiful new wall which really highlights the corner of our property. I am very impressed with everyone at Knob Hill. So incredibly friendly, helpful and meticulous. In our first meeting, we explained what we were thinking. They took our ideas and made them better! The end design was just perfect! They were communicative throughout the entire process so we were never left wondering about anything. Once the work was completed, they came back to inspect the crews work and quickly identified a few things that they weren’t happy with. They sent the crew back out and it as done to their satisfaction quickly!We really appreciated the great customer service and personal touches from our first meeting to our last! Highly recommend!
The staff was professional and friendly, the work was incredible! They gave me a lifetime warranty on hard scape work as long as I owned the home.
Had knob hill come out for job estimate. Took lots of photos and measurements. That was month and half ago never heard a peep since very upset with them.
