Response time and communication was excellent! They showed up when they said and did a great job very quickly. They listened to what I needed and educated me on how that could be completed at a fair price. I love my backyard and can now manage it! I will continue to recommend them and use them for “maintenance” as needed.
Collin came to my house to quote me on removing grass from my backyard and bring in fill dirt to level the yard. Collin is very knowledgable in this area. He suggested 30 yards of fill dirt and it was just the correct amount. I also agreed to a rough grade to level the dirt and yard. Caterino and his crew came out to do the work. This company demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and basic customer service.Once payment was made, communication essentially stopped. I repeatedly requested a call back and specifically asked to speak with David, the owner who personally signed off on everything Larry did/sold. I was consistently told he was "in meetings" or too busy, and no call was ever returned. (I spent over 10K)It was only after a slew of text messages (how much easier would it have been to pick up the phone) where I said "cancel my account" that David offered to call. The fact that cancellation was required to to get offered a call back speaks volumes about how customers are treated after the sale.I was not refunded for two pallets that were left over after installation. There was no explanation, no resolution and no follow up regarding this.I was explicitly told the laws would be actively managed weekly by the crew and that pests or disease would be identified early. This did not happen. The lawn now has a severe fungus problem that went completely unaddressed while under their care.The maintenance work itself was substandard. The crew cut the backyard using a weed eater, failed to clean out sprinkler heads and never blew off the back porch after service.This experience shows a clear pattern: Strong sales pitch, zero accountability, poor service quality and responsiveness only when cancellation was mentioned.I regret doing business with this company and would strongly advice others to look elsewhere.A phone call in the day and age of social media would have gone a long way.
Frank and his team are the best for all your landscaping needs in Tampa Bay. He’s been honest and reliable for multiple clients of mine. Their pricing is always less than their competitions, and the quality is incredible. I trust them with small jobs and cleaning up overgrown houses, as well as meticulous and detailed million-dollar houses. Definitely recommend!
