Tyler did an awesome job with my lawn service. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to make sure all areas of my lawn were properly covered during the spray application. Even though it’s not something you can visibly see afterward, I appreciated how careful and detailed he was while completing the service.The only issue I noticed was that the service showed as completed before the work had actually started. Other than that, I was very happy with the service Tyler provided and wanted to recognize his great work.
Gabriel serviced my lawn today. He is outstanding. Explained what he was doing and why. Want him to be my regular technician, that is how much I like him. He is a great representative for TruGreen.
I have not had any good experiences with TruGreen except for the services done by Herbert Gilmore. Other than that technician, I do not think the employees were properly trained, they didn't know the area they were to be doing (because they repeatedly asked me every visit), scheduled visits didn't have the appropriate equipment for the job, and I do not the property I paid for was actually treated correctly or consistently.
I am not happy with the results. I spent 1000.00 last season with the expectation this year's results would be better. Unfortunately the results are very disappointing. This is how my lawn looks after 5 treatments. The most recent tech, Ivan R, who was wonderful, was equally disappointed. He uploaded photos and comments to corp. I am still waiting for a return call. Even if you try to call the local Wilkes Barre office the call gets routed to their corp call center.
My before and after photos. The photo on the left was taken October 9th. Then, after a treatment by TRU Green, several large burnt spots appeared. I previously took care of my own lawn but thought maybe the professionals can improve upon it. I was wrong. I can’t wait until this contract is over so I can go back to my own routine where my lawn looked great.
