I was disappointed because I wanted two keys of the same and I click ad and it kept saying put in a new key and I got frustrated and i was charged 20.00 dollars . Over charged. I did try re putting in the same key and was getting charged for 3 so I Dee Ted one and I only got one key. Frustrating. The one ket did work on the front door.
Horrible service ?? 2 men got here yelling at me and tried to say the charge 30 dollars just to come out he tried to charge me 230 to open car ridiculous

It is convenient and functional ! However The edges of the keys ( all the 3 of them) are very harsh. Another word, if I am not careful and touch the edges, it can cut my fingers, should have been softer.
I had two keys made with the same scan and both keys came out different that the original and different from each other. Neither worked. It either missed groove or teeth and came out flat, or teeth came out point when it should’ve been flat or raised. I would not recommend using this self service kiosk to copy keys. Go elsewhere.
