What customers say
Customer accounts raise concerns about charges and follow-through: one described a quick unlock as overpriced, while another said a promised visit never happened and a call went unanswered. A customer seeking controlled-access installation said the technician said the company did not do that work and charged the customer's wife. A customer locked out of a house said an address mix-up delayed arrival, but the locksmith opened the door quickly without damage.
Customer Reviews
Emma
My god they are overpriced for a quick unlock. Thought they were okay when I called about pricing but the final amount for “labor” was insane
Brian Feld
I was locked out of my house and called them because they were close to my home. The locksmith took a bit to arrive because of an address mix-up, but once he got here he opened our door very quickly and without damaging anything. I hope I don't have to call them again, but if I have to, I definitely would
Audrey Carter
Gave me a price and time and never showed up and won't return phone call now.
