What a SCAM! Charged an OBSENE amount of money for 5 minutes of work and then still expected a tip. Purposefully wouldn't tell me the cost until he arrived so it was harder to turn him away after an hour of waiting outside with my 3 small children.

This automated key cutting machine was awesome. Insert your key and let it do its thing. Cut 3 keys for me with no assistance from a sales associate. All 3 keys work perfectly!

The process was quick and easy and very self-explanatory even though directions are broadcast on the screen for you to follow. The end result is a key that works just fine and since that’s why you came there in the first place you’re happy when you walk out.
