Even just during the quoting process, the owner was professional, responsive, and genuinely easy to work with. He stayed in communication, followed up consistently, and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way.
What really stood out was his willingness to understand our budget and work with us—something you don’t see often anymore. That level of courtesy and follow-through is rare.
Based on this experience alone, I’ll definitely be using them moving forward and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional locksmith.

I called Flatirons Locksmith to come fix a door handle that was not working. A locksmith was sent out right away. Robin had a door handle he could switch out for the broken one. The repair was done quickly and the charge for the service is very reasonable. I have used this company before and they are always responsive. Robin has worked for this company for over 10 years and is knowledgable and efficient. He is friendly and always has time to answer any questions without me feeling rushed. The owner, Russell usually answers the phone when I call. If not he returns my call promptly. I have been so fortunate to have found this company. They have been able to get over to my house the same day most of the time. I had a call back because I thought a deadbolt wasn’t lining up right. Robin came out the same day. Robin could not get it to stick or malfunction and I even did everything possible to make it not work right. I felt so bad to have them come out for a non issue. It’s nice to be able to use a local small business that cares about their customers. A+ for customer service!!

I needed some replacement car key fobs made, and Russel was able to get it done quickly and for nearly half the price of some competitors (and about a third the price if I went to a dealership).

I cannot recommend them nearly enough!
