Return has no form to fill out or it's difficult to understand, I emailed and said I can't load the form.I wasted a lot of time making unusable keys and trying to figure out the return, a receipt should be acceptable.
I was disappointed with the self help kiosk. I felt conned into getting 3 keys when I thought I was simply getting 1 and the second was free. The kiosk is not at all intuitive and confuses first time users. Probably never using this service again.
