If I could give a negative star to this business I would sadly I can’t , I visited this business hoping to get a spare key made for my car but the way the owner of the store acted with me was very unprofessional , simply I asked him a question and he started raising his voice at me and directed profanity words to me . When I told him sir I am only asking you questions and have not insulted you or talked to you in a bad way why you being like this to me he said It’s people like you who make me like this and annoy me . It’s really horrible experience and the nasty customer service I have experienced from the store owner . I ended up just simply leaving his store and taking my money elsewhere . I am completely flabbergasted and disgusted on how someone can be this cruel to someone for only asking question especially of his age . I will never come back for sure and I will also will never stop sharing others with my experience .

I've been here a few times - the staff is very professional and kind. They were able to clone one of my car keys for MUCH cheaper than a dealership, and much faster. They are knowledgeable and reasonable. 5/5 would recommend
Family owned, knowledgeable, competent. Needed a duplicate key for a modern vehicle which had to be cut and programmed. Price of key at most places was $200+ but here it was $160. These keys can be quite TRICKY -- but the owner had vast experience, and a can-do attitude (sometimes it takes a number of retries to sync the key to the car's computer). I would have given 5 Stars except at the end, I realized it wasn't an original OEM key (lacked logo on the rear)... if they would have told me that up front, I would have still purchased -- but wouldn't have been caught-off-guard. Nonetheless, I tried the key from a good 350+ feet away (in the city) and it had no problem reaching my vehicle. So, though an aftermarket FOB-Key, it seems high quality. I recommend their services, but try and find out what you'll actually be getting, before you pay.
