I go there for my company and I should say that they never disappoint. Very professional and friendly. Everyone there makes you feel welcomed and like you matter. Definitely recommend if you need keys, locks or a locksmith.

In the snow last week I lost my 90 year old Dad's key to his house. I am his primary health care giver. I spent two hours during a blizzard raking and shoveling and sweeping snow, no luck, could not find the keys. Not only making necessary visits difficult but knowing that his security was compromised was a real problem. I called Suburban Lock and Key without any prior experience with them, they came to his house (as I had to work) and Dan the Service Technician was able to rekey the 3 doors necessary. Dan was friendly and had my apprehensive Dad, perfectly comfortable, while he did his thing. Thank you Dan and the team at Suburban Lock and Key Service for the quick response and professional manner in which the work was done, on time and at the estimated amount.

Needed a replacement key as I misplaced the house key, so i brought in my spare for a copy. The gentleman at the counter was friendly, and efficient with the key copying process. Before I could wander around to browse random safes and such, he was done… Price was more than reasonable, even when paying by plastic rather than cash.
