My mother in law was locked out of her vehicle who is 75 years old and raining and had no phone no nothing 50 degree weather. Borrowed a phone to call me. The guy would not go because it was a “third party caller” when I am not with my mother in law and I am hour away from her. I was willing to pay for it all over the phone… no care or customer service skills at all…I would had paid extra if it took that…and he couldn’t take payment over the phone he claimed! I am a multi business owner my self and I understand that he has been burned on it and has policies that he has created. But I would definitely would look at someone situation and intentions of their phone call before making a decision like that!

Just talked with this company ask them to go unlock my wife’s vehicle so My wife and daughter could come home And not stand out in the rain. Unfortunate for him he just lost money due to His attitude and unwillingness to help or even want to help. However, I do greatly appreciate Mundy lock and key for their professionalism, ability to step up and complete a job In a timely manner. As someone who owns rental properties in a fleet of vehicles, I would never recommend a one just because of this one experience because if they cared about their customers they would respond.
