Rick's Lock & Key

We drove from Knoxville for a delivery and realized we forgot our trailer keys. Super easy to work with and the locks were off in under a minute and still able to be used once we get back to the keys! Amazing customer service and a quick stop!

I needed a new key fob for my Infiniti QX60 that was going bad. I called the Infiniti dealer and was given a quote over $600 to replace which I thought was high. I looked online for a replacement fob and found one for under $25. I called Rick’s to ask if they could program a generic after market Key Fob. They said they could and quoted me $65 to program it. I ordered the key fob and brought it in to Rick’s and Matt installed it in under 15 minutes. He was very friendly. Excellent customer service!

Coye came by the house and was able to program my key faub. Rick's is a great local company. If you need need a locksmith use them. From dispatch to programming the process went well. Coye was very nice to deal with and chat with. Thanks a lot guys!

Corey came to save the day for me. I locked my keys in my car like an idiot, and I put in roadside assistance through AAA. From the time i put in the claim, got the text saying who was assigned and my door being open was about 45 minutes. The fastest I have ever had a response. Corey was super nice, opened my car super quick and had me on my way in no time. I even got a tracker to see how far out he was - which was amazing. I saved their number in case I ever have this happen again. Ricks lock and key, you guys are awesome!

Out of town and stranded in a parking garage. I needed a key to drive two and a half hours home and Lee from Rick’s Lock & Key was there within the hour with a new, programmed key for what I felt was a reasonable price. Fantastic, personable service from Lee. Thanks a ton.
