Matt was awesome! Super quick and very professional, but very friendly and knowledgeable. Even helped jump my vehicle off to get it started. Will have all my business and referrals from now on! Highly recommend the great prices and service at shield locksmith and security!

They were so prompt and immediately came out to replace my lost key! I really appreciated their super fast response time and the fact that they were always easy to reach. And then when I found my original key later they were more than willing to reprogram it back to my car free of charge. Amazing professional and quality service. I highly recommend them!

GREAT service, Tim was amazing. He drove an hour out of Chattanooga to rescue me and my friend at a state park when we locked our keys in the trunk and weren’t able to leave. The price was reasonable and the service was quick and he was extremely friendly. I recommend!

We were moving and needing to have a vehicle shipped, but accidentally left the keys to our truck at our new residence out of town. Tim was able to get the door opened and cut us another key. Literally saved us! He was super nice and professional!

The technician came out and re-keyed my locks for me same day. He was right on time and had the job done in under 30 minutes! He was professional and personable, and did a great job. The company followed up an hour after he left to ensure it was completed to my standards. Super reasonable prices too! I would definitely recommend this company. Very easy and pleasant experience!
