Don't use this locksmith. I found Nathan on a Google search, and hired him to install a deadbolt lock at an interior door in my mother-in-law's house. He had good reviews and the price he quoted on the phone seemed reasonable. It was all downhill from there. He arrived on 11/20 on time but he didn't have the parts necessary for the job. After several trips to the hardware store, he appeared to finish a relatively simple job in about three hours. Unfortunately, he didn't finish the job--he didn't install the strike plate that is essential in a dead-bolt lock and he left a mess. He also charged significantly more than what he had quoted on the phone. And he didn't provide a detailed invoice although he promised to send us one. When I tried repeatedly to contact him to fix his mess he didn't return the calls. I ended up hiring another locksmith to fix what Nathan left behind.
