They came to the house within an hour after calling, as my son has lost his keys. They were great and helpful. I’m very thankful for them!

I can't recommend Nathan highly enough. He returned my frantic call promptly when I lost my key fob and arrived 20 minutes later. He was able to help me get my car started. Such a stressful situation, but he saved the day! Thank you Nathan! I now have your number in my contacts just in case.

I somehow managed to lose my car keys. The gentleman came out to my home within 30 mins of the initial phone call. He was polite, proficient and non judgemental. Much appreciated. (I didn't get my specific tech's name, but I was charged under YY Pro Locksmithing.)

Nate was quick, affordable and effective! Was able to get into a safe for us that held documents we needed. I couldn’t have thanked him more.

Nate was able to quickly unlock my son’s car door and even helped him get his battery out of his car while there. I highly recommend him as he was quick, professional and went above and beyond. Thanks!!

Nathan from OMW Locksmith did a fantastic job after my front door lock broke and I couldn't get in my house. Nathan arrived maybe twenty minutes after my initial call. He was very polite, professional and I highly recommend OMW Locksmith. The cost of this service was less than what I thought it would be. Very reasonable!

Genuinely one of the best business interactions I've had. I lost my car key fob and after thinking I was going to have pay 700 to a dealership, I called these guys and had a new key in 45mins. It was so painless

I found myself locked out of my house and called this company in a panic. They were absolutely incredible - the locksmith arrived much faster than I expected and got me back inside quickly and efficiently.
What really stood out was how professional and kind the technician was. They were patient, explained what they were doing, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely manageable. The work was done expertly without any damage to my door or lock.
This company clearly prioritizes customer service and has skilled, reliable technicians. I couldn’t be more impressed with their prompt response time and fair pricing. I’ll definitely be calling them again if I ever need locksmith services, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs fast, professional help.
Thank you for turning a frustrating day around with your excellent service!

Don't use this locksmith. I found Nathan on a Google search, and hired him to install a deadbolt lock at an interior door in my mother-in-law's house. He had good reviews and the price he quoted on the phone seemed reasonable. It was all downhill from there. He arrived on 11/20 on time but he didn't have the parts necessary for the job. After several trips to the hardware store, he appeared to finish a relatively simple job in about three hours. Unfortunately, he didn't finish the job--he didn't install the strike plate that is essential in a dead-bolt lock and he left a mess. He also charged significantly more than what he had quoted on the phone. And he didn't provide a detailed invoice although he promised to send us one. When I tried repeatedly to contact him to fix his mess he didn't return the calls. I ended up hiring another locksmith to fix what Nathan left behind.
