Please DO NOT call them for key fob or regular key. I am not sure how they have so many 5 stars. I wanted a key fob so i called them, they gave me a quote which was like half of the price of what Toyota gave me, so I made sure they got me right. They confirmed the price. Got a call from their technician and I confirmed price with him too. He arrived here 1 hour later than the ETA and he is giving me a different price, which is same price the Toyota is providing the original key fob for. I tried calling them to find out, but the technician left. Wasted my 2 hours on wait with no service !!! And they called me back asking for service fee of $30 because the guy show up here which they never mentioned me.
