JAY was extremely fast and super friendly. He knew what he was doing and had the car unlocked within 5 minutes and at my place within the hour. He went above and beyond waiting to get paid due to some technical difficulties on my end. Highly recommend Jay for unlocking the car and very reasonable on the price once I explained the situation
My car key fob was no longer usable due to wear and tear. I located this kiosk at the Concord Mill and was happy to see that they would be able to replace my key fob. The cost was 1/2 the price if I went to the dealership. Solomon and Shay were wonderful and assured me that they would have a new programmable key fob in about 30 minutes. The only reason why I gave them a 4 star instead of 5 is because I waited for someone to show up at the kiosk for 20 minutes and then I will wait to see if the key fob works for more than 6 months based upon some of the reviews.
They are suppose to stay open til 8. . I called before I drive almost 20 miles. No one was there. I called them 3 times they said the person on break he’ll be there. I waited an hour then walked to my car. Then I received a text from them while in my car asking to send picture of my fob car key. I did that and then they texted me a text back that they are closed . Horrible horrible experience waste of gas. Very pathetic too to keep me waiting in the mall for a non existing employer to show up and three people I spoke with could have simply told me to leave. Think twice before driving all the way there. You can’t trust customer service or the person who answers the line to the store in the mall. Their words aren’t bond.
