My ignition got stuck in the lock position. I called in and explained the issue in detail and asked if they could do work on the ignition. The person on the phone said yes they do ignition work and could be out today. He asked lots of questions about the issue. They did get a person out within a couple of hours. However all he did was make a new key and when that didn't work charged $45 and left. Was there less than 10 minutes. I'm very disappointed as it was clear in our conversation it is not a key problem. The ignition is stuck.
