Fast, quality work and price was half the competition. No joke, good business to work with.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We called in for an emergency service. My friend was house sitting while we were on vacation and accidentally locked herself out. This was during the artic blast with temperatures dipping into the negatives. We wanted to get her back in as quickly as possible so she wouldn't freeze, but this company quoted us $1,000 to unlock the backdoor. I understand it was an emergency late night service, but for that amount we could have just had her break a window to get in immediately and had the window replaced for less. Absolutely unrealistic and unreasonable pricing.
In addition, my friend attempted calling other "lock smiths" in our area and she was routed back to the same attendant at this company that gave the initial quote. He then berated her on the phone and told her that if she "doesn't want to pay she can freeze."
I am beyond words disgusted by this abhorrent behavior. Avoid this company at all costs!
Also, after a few more calls we were able to find a locksmith that came out within 20 minutes and got the door unlocked for $175. They were fantastic and understood the urgency of the situation.

Locksmith R US did an excellent job on a door lock repair that I had recently had done. On a Saturday morning, they arrived punctually, and the technician demonstrated proficiency and competence. After he figured out exactly what to do, the lock was fixed in an hour. The price was also fair. They come highly recommended!
