Reviews note mixed experiences: several customers report successful, easy-to-use kiosk transactions, while a few mention keys that did not work after cutting. Pricing transparency is a recurring concern, with comments about additional charges not shown clearly on-screen. Some feedback highlights helpful customer support interactions, including assistance recovering keys.
I need 4 keys for work, I printed 4 keys. 0 of those keys worked. Waste of time and money. I also tried to get a few sports themed keys for my home, those dont work either. Huge waste.
10/10 recommend, amazing customer service went above and beyond helping me get my keys out if u ever need a locksmith these are your people!!! huge shoutout to Mauricio thank you again
The system was user friendly and it gave me enough time and information to understand what I was doing.
2 stars for convenience - and key was fine - but pricing is deceptive. I asked for and received a basic brass key and per the screen the key was $9.99 but when my receipt was sent to my cellphone I was charged $10.98 with no explanation of what the additional charge is for (nor do you receive a detailed receipt). I would not recommend using any of these automated key kiosks - go to a hardware store. The kiosk also wants to charge additional $$ to buff your key - that is a rip off. If convenience is utmost then use the kiosk - but let the buyer beware.
House key works good from Winco self serve kiosk at exit. Not thrilled about the extra charge to basically clean off any burrs that might occur. I didn't pay extra to have that done. In my experience making keys, that automatically is done. Outside of that I'm happy with it. Key about 8.00 which is fine for fast and convenient. Charge 9.00 and clean the key off, would still be worth it.
