My call was answered personally. I was given an estimate and told the technician would be able to respond that afternoon and would call before arriving. My technician, Will, was very prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. Turns out my problem wasn't as serious as I thought so I was charged less than the estimate. I will use Mighty Locksmith again.
