Called Smiley locksmith to replace a key and keypad lock recently. Douglas is the name of the technician sent to do the job. I truly thought we would be there for a while in order to get the job done properly. Douglas went ahead and explained everything to me as he was working. He completed the job in less than half of the time I thought that he would and explained everything to me ,gave me an affordable price to match the service . Douglas had me back on the road within an hour

I was sent to your store because I had 2 car fobs that needed a new battery and/or possible repair, and I'm glad that I stopped in.
Jessy is a pleasant employee who was very helpful and informative in solving my issue. The car fobs are like brand new and I am so pleased with the service that Jessy and Smiley Locksmiths, INC. has provided today.
Thank you for your great service! Sue K.

I met with Max at their office, who was very knowledgeable and helped me select a new Smart Lock. I made an installation appointment and Doughlas arrived in time with the new lock.
He had to cut into the metal door and in no time had it installed. Then Douglas was super helpful in going through each function (and there were many) and programmed it with my password and codes. I highly recommend them!
