The woman that handled my TWIC enrollment was almost unbearable. I feel so bad for her, I could feel all the negative energy when she opened the door. "NEXT" and no greeting, doesn't ask how I'm doing or anything. She made me feel alot of things like awkward, nervous, out of place and unwanted.I just can't believe how awful that 5 minutes was. Words can't explain how all around bad it was.I could have just went to the place on Bluffton Rd, like I will do in the future.*Thank you very much for your 1 year late, passive-aggressive and slightly condescending response. I would never disclose my life problems or life status with you, let alone any stranger during a TWIC appointment. I wasnt expecting a therapy appointment. What i was expecting is a simple "hello" or "good afternoon". A simple look in the eyes with a nod as I walked up... anything to indicate a normal human interaction. There was almost no verbal cues such as "right this way" "go ahead and get your documents ready while i set up the machine" "stand right here for me" ect. That was the awkward part, like i was supposed to be a mind reader. I want to know why rudimentary customer service would not apply when getting a TWIC ? At the end of the day i paid for it, which still makes me a customer.. so i should have been treated as such. Based on the other reviews id say I wasn't the only one that felt this way.Nonetheless, my second experience was much more inviting. Nothing changed other than the fact that I asked "how's your day going?" and I got a "good, how's your's?" which i simply responded "great, thanks". I even said "have a good day" and got a "you too" back. That made a world of difference. *

Had a spare chip key done for my truck. Took about 20 minutes while I waited. These guys do very good work. They were genuinely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I am going to tell anyone I know that needs keys to have them done here. Cost me about half of what I was quoted by other locksmiths, and I can't even imagine what the dealer would charge. Best experience I've had at ANY business in a long time.
Nick was great!! He was referred by The Keyless Shop at Sears. Lost my keys at work so my vehicle was stuck out of town and he went out of his way at the last minute to re key it. He even did me the favor of producing me 2 keys in case I lost one in the future! He handled his business in approximately 15 minutes. Fast quick service, and he knows his work. It was great to have someone around who enjoys his work. Definitely would recommend to friends and family and thanks for the business card. It will definitely be used in the future
