Terrible experience. Called because my key was broken in the lock. Jonathan arrived and was very nice. He removed the cylinder and went to his van. He came back and said it would have to be rekeyed. I wanted the same key I had. He installed the new cylinder but was a chrome color and my door hardware is gold. He said he didn’t have gold and charged me $478.40. I left for a night meeting and when I returned the door would not unlock. I called back and they said he would return next day at 10:00. I was locked out of house since I didn’t have my garage key and spent night with son. Next day he returned and worked on it again and said was fixed. When I left I for store the door would not lock so I had to go back in house, lock door from inside house and exit from garage. I called back and was told someone would call me but they never called. For weeks I’m unable to use my front door and will have to have an entire new lock set installed.1 star is too high of a rating for them.
