It’s great i get to stand on this soapbox and leave reviews for a company i never entered any business agreement with.
These guys act like they own the place by setting their own hours that they are open
WHATTABOUT ME????
Just because they have been in the business over 30 yrs and have great knowledge of most of the common nuances with keys, cars and their security i know way more ‘cause i watched a lotta youtube’s and my neighbors work on cars so they definitely know more.
So if you are with me and are more self absorbed than self aware like this review, then don’t call these guys or go in to their shop or send them a text or send an email.
However if you are respectful and wish to be met with respectful assistance in return then these are the guys for you.

All the key controls function flawlessly, and the service was provided at a very reasonable cost. The entire process was efficient. I was in and out and under 10 minutes. Went to this place back in November to have a key made for my vehicle to have a key made because my original key is old and a new key from the dealer is very expensive. They made a new key and it worked for a week. Fast forward to January because their holiday hours were always different. I went there and waited a half an hour as no one was there. They finally returned and I waited over an hour only to have them tell me that they could not create a new key for my vehicle and then they did not credit me the full amount I paid for the duplicate key.

I just drove all the way to your store from my home 30 miles away to get a key fob duplicated and I find a note on the door at the 3pm that you decided to close up shop early and leave. So, I drove 60 miles today for absolutely nothing, waste of time and gas. I don't appreciate it.
