I had a fantastic experience with Add A Key. They refurbished my old Mazda key and restored it to like new condition. All the key controls function flawlessly, and the service was provided at a very reasonable cost. The entire process was efficient. I was in and out and under 10 minutes. I highly recommend Add A Key for anyone in need of reliable and professional key replacement or refurbishment services.
Went to this place back in November to have a key made for my vehicle to have a key made because my original key is old and a new key from the dealer is very expensive. They made a new key and it worked for a week. Fast forward to January because their holiday hours were always different. I went there and waited a half an hour as no one was there. They finally returned and I waited over an hour only to have them tell me that they could not create a new key for my vehicle and then they did not credit me the full amount I paid for the duplicate key.
Your open hours today are supposed to be until 5pm. I just drove all the way to your store from my home 30 miles away to get a key fob duplicated and I find a note on the door at the 3pm that you decided to close up shop early and leave. So, I drove 60 miles today for absolutely nothing, waste of time and gas. I don't appreciate it.
