What customers say
Customers mention friendly, efficient help, including a Mazda key refurbishment that left all controls working. The feedback is mixed: a vehicle key reportedly worked for a week before a return visit ended with a long wait, no replacement key and no full credit, while another customer says they found the shop closed before its expected closing time after a long drive.

The “dreaded” 1star review-
this will get ‘em for sure!
Oh No!! watch out here it comes.
What’s the deal with these guys?
Saying they won’t answer the phone when they are working with customers at their location? WHATTABOUT ME????
It’s great i get to stand on this soapbox and leave reviews for a company i never entered any business agreement with.
These guys act like they own the place by setting their own hours that they are open
WHATTABOUT ME????
Just because they have been in the business over 30 yrs and have great knowledge of most of the common nuances with keys, cars and their security i know way more ‘cause i watched a lotta youtube’s and my neighbors work on cars so they definitely know more.
So if you are with me and are more self absorbed than self aware like this review, then don’t call these guys or go in to their shop or send them a text or send an email.
However if you are respectful and wish to be met with respectful assistance in return then these are the guys for you.

I had a fantastic experience with Add A Key. They refurbished my old Mazda key and restored it to like new condition. All the key controls function flawlessly, and the service was provided at a very reasonable cost. The entire process was efficient. I was in and out and under 10 minutes. I highly recommend Add A Key for anyone in need of reliable and professional key replacement or refurbishment services.
