Pop-A-Lock Nova Scotia

Needed a key fob cut and programmed for a car I recently purchased. Tried calling the company 4 seperate times during business hours on 4 different days and never got a response or someone to answer the phone. The first time I called I was directed to the voicemail of an advisor that told me to leave my name and number and description and they would get back to me to book an appointment. Never heard back from them yet. Ended up taking my business to the dealership who were more than happy to cut and program the key fob that I bought on Amazon. Wouldn't recommend if you need any quick service

These guys are amazing. Carlie was very responsive. She answered all of my questions before I booked and appointment and she out my mind at ease. Kyle was able to come up with a solution to make my car drive able, and he took the time to show me what he did and explain everything. Highly recommend these guys!

Had a pretty sticky situation with my car and asked friends for a recommendation. A mechanic buddy told me to call pop-a-lock. Carlie the office manager spoke with confidence and built trust right away. Kyle eventually was the expert to fix my car. No nonsense and the quote they gave me was the price I paid , no sketchy up charge. If you need a lock smith in halifax call Carlie and Kyle will fix your stuff properly. 5 stars

I got 2 keys cut for a Jeep today, and the service was amazing!!! It took 12 minutes in total, and the employee even went out in the rain to make sure everything worked well. In this day and age it’s hard to get great service but not at Pop A Key. I highly recommend and am very impressed!!

Dropped into Pop-A-Lock in Burnside to see if they could pick a locked locked steel door, that we had bought for a workshop. It turned out not only could they pick it, but they would do it right off the door in the parking lot! Kyle didn't waste a moment and went to work and within a few short minutes had the locked door opened and removed from the door. I then ordered two deadbolts to match the security commercial passage set that came with the door and had all three locks key to like. It did not take more than 2 hours for all three locks to be picked and keyed alike and six keys made before I received a call to pick it up buy Carlie The Service Coordinator for Pop and lock ??. Having called two other places before I ended up going to pop-a-lock, they saved me about $40 plus tax from other locksmiths shops I contacted. Kyle and Carlie we're both very eager and professional to assist with our situation. I was at first concerned we did not buy the commercial security lock at their location and it may not be a brand that they service. And I was anticipating a bit of push back because it was a used door and a used security passage set, and not everybody will work on them. We appreciated their get it done attitude and very short timeline required to get all the work done. I would definitely recommend Pop-A-Lock and it will be our go to locksmith from this point forward. Thank you kindly Kyle and Carlie for your great service ??
