Took my daughters 2012 Ford Edge to get a new key fob. They were the only place to have the key fob in stock. Their price was $15 more than others, but I did not have to wait 5-7 days to get the key fob. While it was programming, the window was rolled down a little in case it didn't program correctly and the doors locked. The window didn't go up as it should have. They gave me a ride home, fixed the issue with the window and came back to pick me up. The staff was friendly, helpful, explained what happened after they fixed it and due to the inconvenience of what happened. A 30 minute stop took 4 hours, they gave me the key fob at no cost. Completely surprised me. I have used them multiple times of the years and will certainly do so for my next key need.

Nate and Chris did an awesome job of getting me two programmed key fobs for my vehicle. My old fob the buttons were messed up on and they were the most reasonable in town and had it done in no time flat. Chris, Thomas and Leanna were very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me with new keys and a remote for my F350. Even after Car Keys Express couldn't get the key code or successfully pick it, they got the correct key code, programmed the keys and remote in less than an hour. Was happy with the price and service. Highly recommend.

No. It does not cut or program parts it did not sell, including blanks or remotes bought online.
Does the vehicle need to be present for a duplicate transponder key?
In most cases, the vehicle must be present for a duplicate transponder key. Keys with buttons or proximity keys require programming and cannot be cloned.
