My toddler locked himself into a room, the key we had for it wouldn't work no matter what, called Felix on a Sunday morning, and he was there in 10 minutes in his pajamas! He had the door open in seconds! Highly recommended!

Jeremy from Sunvalley Locksmith came to install a new lock in my home office. He was punctual, courteous and quick. On his way out, he noticed that a screw was missing on the handle of my front door and offered to drill a hole and put a screw in to fasten the bottom part of my door handle. I very much appreciated that he observed something was missing and offered to correct the situation, unasked. We have used Sunvalley Locksmiths several times before and have always had good service from them.
We’ve had two deadbolts now shear off and we’ve been locked out of our house. I called Sun Valley for their emergency service and could not be happier! Felix showed up in 15 minutes, was extremely communicative with his eta and quoted the job right away so I knew what to expect. He was extremely kind, professional, and finished the job in about 10 minutes. He not only fixed our deadbolt but made some adjustments so that we won’t have any more problems. I can’t say enough good things about Felix and Sun Valley, incredible customer service!
I am in Kelowna for medical treatment. Staying with my friends mom. Yesterday I had her set of keys and was doing laundry. When I returned to the suite, the dead bolt turned but the door handle would not release. I was in the hallway with the one set of keys. She was in her suite. I couldn't get in, she couldn't get out.Being after hours in the apartment no mgmt was on duty.I called Felix, he texted that he would respond ASAP.Felix called and I explained the situation, sent a picture of the dead lock and door handle.He sent a quote, and was on site within 20 minutes.Felix attended to the problems, loose door handle, too short of screws and a tightening of the hardware.Because my friends mom is elderly, it was vital that I take care of this without her worrying.Felix and Sunvally Locksmiths was an exceptional service.
