Was in a bad spot at about 4 a.m with my family were we needed help getting in our vehicle. We tried for at least an hour calling to try to get help. Luckily a tow truck driver came to help us after a good wait. I did not see any 24 hour service
Called to have a tech come to our church building to repair a lock on an outside metal door. The key was only working intermittently.In less than an hour a technician came. He said he was Tech the Tech.He took the entire lock apart, aligned all the parts, lubricated and sealed it, and at our request made some new keys on the spot to replace our old worn ones.He was polite, personable, professional, efficient, and knowledgable. We plan to have him back to replace some other hardware.
Unfortunately lost my keys to my Jetta, everywhere I called was not only more expensive but a few days to weeks out. These guys got to me the very next day, showed up on time and the technician was helpful in explaining what he was doing and was very friendly. Will only call this company if I run into any issues again!
They were able to make a key for my push button start vehicle. The service was great and the price was very reasonable. Very pleased and Delta Lock and Key is my new locksmith.
