Went in today about my 2025 VW, dude took one.look and was like nope cant do anything about it. Not to mention had the nerve to laugh on the phone. Dudes a jerk, not only to the customers but to his staff. You couldn't speak to my mother the way he spoke to her. Im sorry she even has to deal with that. Walking around the shop with his cheap jewelry, make ppl feel like shit. If you dont know anything about the 2025 VW just say so.

Paul at True Keyless Shop was incredible. He installed a remote start on my 2014 F-150 and had me in and out in under 20 minutes. Fast, professional, and top-tier customer service. Everything works perfectly. Highly recommend — thank you!
