Went in today about my 2025 VW, dude took one.look and was like nope cant do anything about it. Not to mention had the nerve to laugh on the phone. Dudes a jerk, not only to the customers but to his staff. You couldn't speak to my mother the way he spoke to her. Im sorry she even has to deal with that. Walking around the shop with his cheap jewelry, make ppl feel like shit. If you dont know anything about the 2025 VW just say so.
Paul is very knowledgeable extremely courteous and patient. Excellent to work with. If you're having a lock or key issue he is the man!! This was my first experience using the keyless shop and it will be my go to from here on out. I can't thank him enough.

When I arrived at the store, I expected it to take quite a while. I went next door, ordered a wrap and by the time I got back my order was complete. 2 key fobs and 3 keys in like 10 minutes. Plus the price was right. Thank you to Paul for such great service. If I need keys made again I will come back here.
Got me in and out in under 30 minutes and for half the price of what the dealership quoted to get a new cut key for my Honda Odyssey with keyless remote. Will definitely be returning for our future key needs!
